Christian teachers’ seminars. All this adds up to over 20 years of teaching experience.
When her husband bought her some art supplies one year for her birthday, her passion for painting was sparked. She discovered pastels, and was immediately hooked. She studed with Deborah Christensen Secor for 2 years before moving to Nashville to continue her career in music. There she studied watercolor with artist and acclaimed teacher Gail McDaniel. She soon fell in love with all types of watermedia, and began painting children's wall murals, which she still does on a commission-only basis.
